Step 1: Pork Loins

  1. Set two bowls aside, one of flour and the other with 2 of your 4 eggs: you will use this to coat your meat.

  2. Make small incisions over the meat with the tip of the knife, sprinkling salt (and pepper if you like) on both sides to season the meat.

  3. Coat each piece of meat in flour before dipping them into the eggs and covering them with flour again. 
    (Optional: use bread crumbs for the second coating of your meat!)

  4. Fry the meat until each side is a golden brown. This should take between 5 and 8 minutes, turning once or twice.

  5. Set the meat to the side to cool before cutting it into pieces. I set my freshly fried pork on a plate with paper towels to catch the access oil before chopping them into strips.
