  1. Pour flour into one bowl and set to side.

  2. Separate your 4 eggs into 2 separate bowls (2 eggs per bowl). Beat your eggs.

  3. Heat your oil to 350 degrees (or if you're using a pan, it should sizzle to adding one drop of water when ready).

  4. Have your 2 servings of steamed rice ready.
